In contrast to its lovely, round, yellow fruit, the yuzu tree is the punk rock. The trunk and branches are covered with hard spines, as if the tree evolved to prevent animals from easily eating it. We could probably make something unique utilizing the spines that could penetrate even a thick glove, but the material is so unique that it is a kind of difficult to get a handle on it.
